Sensory Journals | Lifelines
CHALLENGE:
Create a journal that helps the user regulate sensory input, encouraging calm and focus through tactile interaction.
PROCESS:
I developed the sensory experience through CMF exploration, selecting the fluid color, bead color, leather texture, ribbon, and elastic components to build a layered tactile system.
The interior was designed with six unique embossed page patterns, creating subtle texture shifts that allow the user to engage physically with the journal while writing.
The final result is a calming yet highly tactile object that encourages sensory regulation while staying aligned with the Lifelines brand language.
